This isn\u2019t a neighborhood for the frantic. It\u2019s a neighborhood for taking your time \u2014 noticing a fa\u00e7ade, pausing at a corner, enjoying a morning coffee or an afternoon espresso.\nAnd right here, in the calm heart of Lapa, there\u2019s now a rental opportunity worth taking a closer look at.<\/p>\n
