No entanto, quem vendeu uma habita\u00e7\u00e3o secund\u00e1ria ou terreno para constru\u00e7\u00e3o em 2022 ou no in\u00edcio de 2023, antes da entrada em vigor do pacote Mais Habita\u00e7\u00e3o, disp\u00f5e de&nbsp;tr\u00eas meses ap\u00f3s a entrada em vigor&nbsp;do diploma para concretizar a amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o que lhe permite beneficiar da medida.<\/p>\n<p>Na pr\u00e1tica, quem vendeu uma habita\u00e7\u00e3o secund\u00e1ria ou terreno para constru\u00e7\u00e3o entre 1 de janeiro de 2022 e 7 de outubro de 2023&nbsp;pode ainda beneficiar da&nbsp;isen\u00e7\u00e3o excecional de mais-valias&nbsp;se amortizar um cr\u00e9dito de habita\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3pria e permanente at\u00e9 7 de janeiro de 2024.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COMO SE FAZ PROVA DA AMORTIZA<\/strong><strong>\u00c7\u00c3<\/strong><strong>O?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os contribuintes que tencionam beneficiar da isen\u00e7\u00e3o extraordin\u00e1ria de mais-valias t\u00eam de solicitar ao banco um&nbsp;documento que comprove o valor e a data da amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o.
